Palma de Mallorca International Airport (PMI)
Located to the southeast of the capital city Palma near the PM19 motorway, Palma de Mallorca International Airport is a busy 24-hour airport that handles around 20 million passengers every year. Palma receives a multitude of international carriers, both scheduled and charter services, as well as budget airlines.

The airport’s only terminal is split into four concourses, known as A, B, C and D, and there are around 200 check-in desks, with departures located on the top floor. Tour operator desks and travel agencies can be found on the ground floor. There is a bank, bureau de change and ATMs in the terminal, as well as a post office, pharmacy and first aid room.

For dining, a self-service restaurant and snack bar can be found in arrivals, while several bars and restaurants are also scattered throughout the building. A duty-free shop where people flying outside of the EU can buy tax-free goods is available. Other stores include a jewellery shop, tobacconist, shoe and toy shops, florist, confectionery, optician and gift shops.

Business and VIP facilities are available in the departure lounge and the Tomir, l'Ofre and Randa VIP lounges are open throughout the day from 06:00 to 23:00.

Palma de Mallorca International Airport conforms to the European standard on provisions for disabled passengers and there are lifts and ramps where necessary, as well as specially adapted toilets and telephones. Disabled parking spaces are also provided in the car parks.

Information desks are located in both the arrivals and departures halls (tel: +34 971 789 099) and there is also a tourist information desk in the main atrium (tel: +34 971 789 556).
