Pictures of Majorca

There are many impressive sights to be seen in Majorca and we’ve included a few pictures here to wet your appetite.

With its beautiful, picture-postcard beaches and deep blue sea you can snap some ideal mementos to take back home with you and to stir up those nostalgic memories when you look back through your album.

Of course it’s not just beach views that you can capture on film: the mountainous north of the country has some fabulous mountain views and the traditional Majorcan towns in between the mountains are full of interesting roads, lanes and buildings, meaning if you’re a keen photographer you’ll be in your element.

Film is easy to acquire, so you have little worry about running out at that crucial moment. Or if you’re using a digital camera, there are also shops selling batteries everywhere, and also shops who will develop your digital Majorca pictures into printed photographs. There are also internet cafés dotted around the island so you can start gloating immediately by emailing your digital pictures to all your jealous friends back home.

If you’re serious about getting some really good pictures of Majorca then we’d recommend that you rise early and get out and snapping away before the midday haze descends. There are also some glorious sunset shots to be had too, hopefully making your collection complete.
